For your health and the environment we use organic natural cleaning products.
We have a library of Yoga and health-related books and magazines that you are welcome to borrow at no cost.
And if you forget your mat there is no cost in borrowing one of ours.

Our new location in Westboro, in the West end of Ottawa, provides us with a spacious and well-equipped yoga studio complete with change rooms, a large reception area, a kitchen for up coming nutritional classes and ample free parking right at the premises.

How to get there

We are located in Westboro at the Corner of Richmond and Kirkwood, across from the superstore. From Richmond Rd., head North on Kirkwood. There is ample free parking lot right there. We are above Gotta Paint. The failities are shared with Movement to Health.
