Pre-natal Yoga Teacher Training
Friday October 29th 6:30-10:00PM- Saturday October 30th 1:00-7:30PM and Sunday October 31st 9:30-2:30.
Course Overview
This 15-hour course is designed to enlighten the teacher and/or health practitioner regarding prenatal Yoga. Whether your intention is to teach prenatal Yoga or you simply want to provide a safe environment for your students who become pregnant and want to continue taking your classes, this workshop is for you.
You will learn how to modify, guide and inspire. You will feel confident providing classes that support the mother-to-be.
Anatomy, breathing techniques, meditations, basic nutrition, visualizations. All of these important aspects will be explored.

In order to receive a certificate of completion you must attend all classes and return a take home review within 14 days.
