Every week, we hear why individuals of all walks of life and all ages continue to love their Vinyasa practise. Everyone receives more then what they had anticipated.

Uplifiting, Balancing, Open to All

Yoga is a physically, emotionally and spiritually uplifting and balancing practise that is open to all. There are many different styles of yoga: it's a matter of finding the one that inspires you and honours your body.

Always remember that not every posture and not every style is for every body, so when in doubt be gentle and ask. We are happy to take time with you and help find modifications and adjustments that will support you. If you have health issues, always discuss beginning yoga with your health care practitioner.

This is an ideal class for people with back problems or for cyclists and runners who want to prevent or reduce the occurrence of sport-related injuries.

Music: An essential feature of our classes

All our classes are taught to music, ranging from Sanskrit mantras to tribal drumming. The music supports flow and nurtures mental focus.

Crystal Singing Bowl

Relaxation is experienced with the aid of the Crystal Singing Bowl a versatile instrument that opens, balances and tones the chakras (energy points of the body.) The sounds of the bowl affect the body on physical, subtle and causal levels. Combined with the yoga class, the experience will leave you feeling completely refreshed.
